1.28.2005 : "Waahooo I am really interested in playing with a group of guys that have the attitude toward the game that RK does. I tried to send you an email but it came back and said some kind of Fatal Error or something. Rich already talked to me about Barbarosa but unfortunetly I'm taking my wife and kids to Disney world that weekend, well maybe not soooo unfortunate, Haha. I will see you guys on Sat. unless it starts to ice up of something weird like that."

By DeadEye 2.6.05: "Jeff ran with Thumper and I on 5 Feb, 2005.

I tried to stick with Jeff as much as possible to observe him in a passive manor. I am pleased to report a really good experience.

Overall Jeff is quiet and calm with a good eye for a large field. He ran hard all day, never sitting out one game. He showed good speed, communicated well when sharing knowledge of the field, took orders well and directed just as good.

Played a very smart game, after each round he and I had a discussion about our play. Of course we all make mistake, mis-queues and goofs. Jeff was the first to point out his mistakes and never pointed out mine. He adjusted his play after each set making himself a better player. By the end of the day I say he was playing at a very high level.

He seemed to relish the tape line and swinging outside. At no-man’s land we where paired up he swung wide right and drew three opposing players (guarding the flag) away. I waited and sure enough I had a clear line right to the flag. I did get hit in the process but not from that trio. But Jeff did an excellent job drawing there fire, BZ to Jeff and his game plan.

He played with his sniper for the first time Saturday. He had some adjustment time the first part of the day but I watch him make some nice shots later on at the “Tree of Life.”

I don’t believe he will be at Barossa but he should be at TT’s two upcoming scenario’s, I hope then you guys will see why I sponsored him."
