2001_04 - Trigger Tyme

2001 Trigger Tyme: Trigger Tyme paintball, Columbia S.C.

George Matsui was our general on this one, on the South Base.

Grendel, Tank, Brain, Clay, Sonic and me plus Keith, Jamie, Scott Wofford and 18+ pb chas guys.

Our C&C seems pretty loose and out of control on this one. Instead of trying to fix it, we detached and played field managers of the indian hills area. We spent a lot of time forming up between teh tower and radar station and sweeping throuth near fort apache and into bunker hills. Grendle and I seems to really have a knack for pivoting around each other - Jamie and Scott put on a solid performace. Some time around 5 Brain got sticked by an emilinated player who refused to stand down, got pissed off and split. Later the player was identified as a members of the Ball Busters. As a ref was right there, it seems strange that the ref didnt step in a take control of the situation.

Link screwed us up pretty well bt recruiting Eddie for the "field team". From what I heard, a lot of people complained about the third team, and Link caught a fair amount of flack.

Most of us didnt even stick aronud for the score, myself included. Joe showed up late and helped take over the XO role. I synced up with him at the tower once, and could tell that we had no C&C, and our army was completly without direction or guidance.

Lesson Learned: It seems that the staffers really had a hard time with this one. As for our team? - I still dont know. I rather liked the lack of responsibility, and running sweep after sweep with knife, grendle and jamie.
