How do I get into S.C. Roadkill? (author : Thumper Jan 9, 2005. Additions by Grendel)

Roadkill is recruiting now. We are growing based on building our squads of 7 to 12 guys with a core of full members and an bringing in recruits and associates to help fill them out. Each squad has a slightly different assignment.

Witchypoo : is our most senior squad, headed by Grendel and this squad plays forward recon. When the mission is called in, Witchpoo moves instantly to the objective and secures it, and we then use affiliate teams and ROMEO to move the mission card to the objective. You have to have amazing skill and maturity to get in this Witchypoo.

Romeo : is headed by SmokinJoe who has an impressive ability to make a cohensive force out of walkons. Joe is a natural leader and loves working with players of all levels of ability. Romeo's main charter is to escort the mission card providing fire support for the mission, and whenever a strike team is needed in a hurry they are the go to guys (for now -- see Sierra). This squad needs - smart, mobile, stealthy players now.

6 : 6 contains our Generals / XOs / Spies / Snipers / Tanks etc. 6 commands the army as a whole (or assist in the command of the army), tasks the squads, and call to bear the available assetts. (Affiliate Teams / Tanks / Spies / Snipers / Anti Tank / Engineers / Demolitions)

6 Also provides (resourses) to affiliate teams that desire to work in a cohesive effort.

SIERRA : Once Romeo is filled out, we see starting a STRIKE TEAM squad. Skeeter is a good candiate to lead this, to get in their face and stay there ,to constantly keep pressure on the front line, and to manage the front line as a whole. He has been running this for a while defacto with walkons, and it would be nice to equip him with a core of strike team players. We will be looking for disciplined shooters.

Our communications that network this effort is unparalleled, and very disciplined by paintball standards. We can generally act on an order in a coordinated manner 20 minutes faster than other teams.

SHOW us you bring something to make the our team or squad more effective, & CHECK your ego at the door. We ARE a team.
IF possible, show up to play rec ball at TriggerTyme or Paintball Charleston and run with our members and associates there.

TIP : We generally don't recruit for firepower, brains over brawn wins events.
TIP : Skilled pump play, old school style is a good sign of maturity.
TIP : Working with and helping new players is a good sign of maturity.
TIP : Showing stealth and patience is a good sign of maturity.
TIP : We are always looking for disciplined intelligent snipers.
